For the seventh time in bike-messenger history messengers and other bike-enthousiasts will battle in a gruelling 400 km alleycatrace. They will battle each other, the distance, the sleep, total exhaust and most of all, themselves.

This year as a pre-event of Giro d'Italia, which starts a week later in Amsterdam.
